Venue Manager
Combining the extensibility of wireless detection devices, the power of database technology and the flexibility of Internet-based information delivery, Venue Manager has been designed to provide safety and security professionals with a dynamic real-time perspective on crowd movement at event venues. The system accurately measures movement of people through entry and exit points and graphically displays information relating to flow rates and capacity on a schematic representation of the venue. The system is easily configurable to meet the requirements of multiple fixed venues, such as sports stadiums, retail complexes and exhibition centres, and also temporary sites or outdoor events.
Each individual event can be configured independently allowing a full history of venue usage to be maintained. Historic analysis may be used for determining manning levels and assessing potential attendance figures. As an additional benefit, the system can record details of access prices and staff enabling easy reconciliation of cash and tickets.
The Internet enabled display allows the system to be accessed from any on-line computer via a secure login. This may be used to provide access to remote control centres and emergency services.

Event Configuration
The event creation function allows individual events to be configured. Details of entry points, staff allocation and pricing may be specified based upon a default configuration. Click the link to see sample screen.
Control Screen
The control screen shows colour coded real time event data captured from wireless detectors placed at key points. The interactive screen can be interrogated at the click of a mouse button to show the detailed information for individual areas and access points.
